Controller performance and function

*(CT-F/FA/FA-ML)describing side is showing the characteristics and Function of each controller.

Each controller has following 3 modes.

  1. STANDARD MODE: In this mode,Torque and Revolution will be automatically set. (CT-F/FA/FA-ML)
  2. USER'S MODE: In this mode, Torque and Revolution can be set by users. (CT-F Only)
  3. ERROR PARAMETER MODE: This mode is to set the error parameters to detect abnormality during tightening and loosening operation. (CT-F/FA/FA-ML)

STANDARD MODE (CT-F/FA/FA-ML)

The Standard Mode consists of 7 following parameters.

  1. Torque
  2. Revolution
  3. Brief return time
  4. Interval
  5. Torque hold
  6. Returning operation time
  7. Operation Mode

Select tightening or loosening screw in operation mode.
When you set the Torque value, the most appropriatererevolution value will be autoamtically selected in this Standard mode.

USER'S MODE (CT-F Only)

User's mode consists of 3 basic parameters and 7 banks.
Bank has necessary parameters to tighten or loosen screws.
Each bank consists of 7 following parameters.

1.Operation blockSelect the Bank number to operate tightening or loosening screws continuously.
2.Repeat operationSelect continuous operation or single operation in the assigned Bank.
3.Operation modeSelect the starting method by using with key switch on front panel of controller, or using input terminal of I/O-PORT
4.Bank1Direction of rotation / Torque / Revolution / Brief return Angle / Brief return time / Interval time / Torque hold time
5.Bank2Direction of rotation / Torque / Revolution / Brief return Angle / Brief return time / Interval time / Torque hold time
6.Bank3Direction of rotation / Torque / Revolution / Brief return Angle / Brief return time / Interval time / Torque hold time
7.Bank4Direction of rotation / Torque / Revolution / Brief return Angle / Brief return time / Interval time / Torque hold time
8.Bank5Direction of rotation / Torque / Revolution / Brief return Angle / Brief return time / Interval time / Torque hold time
9.Bank6Direction of rotation / Torque / Revolution / Brief return Angle / Brief return time / Interval time / Torque hold time
10.Bank7Direction of rotation / Torque / Revolution / Brief return Angle / Brief return time / Interval time / Torque hold time

*The Torque value and revolution can be set individually in this mode. User can select most appropriate condition to tighten screws with combination of Torque and Revolution in this mode.

ERROR PARAMETER MODE (CT-F/FA/FA-ML)

Controller has 13 Error Parameters.

*** E-B and E-D are not included in Error parameter.

1.Err-1Torque value has not been reached to the set level within the set time
2.Err-2Torque exceed more than 30% of the set Torque for longer than set time
3.Err-3The Torque cannot retain at the set level for the set time after reaching the set Torque
4.Err-4The current of motor is abnormal
(can be recovered with restarting the power on)
5.Err-5No encoder signal has been input to controller with in the set time
(can be recovered with restarting the power on)
6.Err-6Screwdriver unconnected or connection error
(can be recovered with restarting the power on)
7.Err-7Motor is loaded during set period
8.Err-8The voltage of motor is abnormal
(can be recovered with restarting the power on)
9.Err-9Revolution of motor is exceeded more than set revolution
10.Err-AThe screw has not been unfastened within set time after reaching set Torque in returning
Err-B ***Selection for the Screw driver
11.Err-CNo input signal of Bank terminal When selected repeat operation [2] in User's mode
Err-D ***Set the torque correction value of the screw driver
12.Err-EThe temperature in Controller become too high
(can be recovered with restarting the power on)
13.Err-FMotor revolution become rapidly too high due to coming off the bit etc.
